Job Summary

 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to lead operational activities in Order Management and Design Handling, driving performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. In this role, you will engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and support process enhancements, balancing both front- and back-office responsibilities.


This position is based in Panama City, Panama.

 

This is a temporary position with an approximate duration of 10 months.

 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

 

What you will do

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

 

  • Ensure proper claim handling for Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM);
  • Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement in PM and AM supply chain service levels using the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Order Fulfilment Packaging Material (OFPM) to ensure smooth order processing;
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly related to customer satisfaction;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finished goods inventory levels;

We believe you have

 

  • Availability to work on a temporary contract for 10 months;
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent;
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Spanish. Basic level of English;
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, tables, charts);
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI;
  • Experience with master data creation and management;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce portal;
  • Experience in digitalization projects;
  • Background working in improvement teams;
  • Strong business acumen in sales, marketing, and customer service;
  • Solid understanding of planning and logistics;
