Job Summary

Are you passionate about resolving customer issues swiftly and effectively? Do you thrive on driving innovation projects while increasing customer satisfaction? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Issue Resolution Expert. In this role, you'll be instrumental in prioritizing and solving customer issues, collaborating closely with our Business Stream PPT development department to ensure seamless operations and repeat business.

What you will do

  • Lead Issue Resolution Process: Take charge of prioritizing, escalating, and effectively communicating customer issues.
  • Drive Capability Development: Promote fact-based problem solving and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Product Creation: Assist in developing our product portfolio, ensuring it meets customer needs and quality standards.
  • Cooperate with Top Issue Resolutions Team: Lead meetings, suggest improvements, and support robust solutions design.
  • Ensure Project Excellence: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Reporting and Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes, reporting to the Innovation Manager and Project Steering Group.

We believe you have

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of food processing and products, with expertise in Powder or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Problem Solving Methodology, MS Office, SAP, and data analysis tools like MiniTab or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM principles.

Skills:

  • Strong training and coaching abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a knack for collaboration and teamwork.

Experience:

  •  3-5 years of experience in Ice Cream, Cheese, Powder, or related food production industries.

 

Education:

  • Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
  • Background in engineering or food process specialization.

Personality:

  • Driven, flexible, and persistent with a results-oriented approach.
  • Analytical thinker with a systematic mindset.
  • Business-minded individual who is pragmatic and persuasive.
