Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and driving commercial excellence across the Chilled portfolio. This role grows existing accounts and develops new business across the U.S. and Canada while working cross-functionally to deliver solutions. A commercially driven sales leader responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering customer-centric solutions through strong execution and collaboration.
Location: Vernon Hills, IL; Denton, TX; or remote
Travel: 25–50% (U.S. & Canada)
What you will do
Drive Sales & Growth: Deliver revenue and margin targets by expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
Manage Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships and develop account plans aligned to customer strategy and needs.
Execute Commercial Performance: Improve profitability through pricing, portfolio management, and disciplined execution.
Develop Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an active pipeline, advance opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
Deliver Integrated Solutions: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Ensure Compliance & Governance: Adhere to commercial policies, contract standards, and documentation requirements.
We believe you have
5-7 years experience in Sales / Account Mgt
Total 5-7 yrs of experience in corporate environment.
Account team
Cross-boundary experience (Customer, Project)
Good stakeholders management
Deal with cross functional issues
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime, annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
• Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $103,800 - $148,200.
• Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
