Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering intern who is curious about Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Industrial Automation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support ongoing digital initiatives in our factory and learn how modern technologies are applied in a real manufacturing environment.
This internship offers a great chance to gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with supportive multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to meaningful improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and safety.

What you will do

  • Assist in the design and development of simple AI models or digital tools for factory use cases, such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality checks, or energy optimization.
  • Help analyze production and process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and WCM teams to gather requirements and contribute ideas to digital solutions.
  • Participate in creating small prototypes or proof‑of‑concepts using machine learning, computer vision, or automation techniques (with guidance from experienced team members).
  • Support the documentation of methods, results, and project progress.
  • Provide assistance in integrating digital or AI‑related solutions into existing factory systems and workflows.

We believe you have

  • Basic understanding or interest in computer vision or image processing (coursework or academic projects are perfectly fine).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database tools at a beginner or intermediate level.
  • Curiosity about industrial systems, such as MES, sensors, or IoT platforms — prior exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Any previous internship, project, or academic work related to AI, data analysis, or automation would be an advantage.
