Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for Process Expert who is responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. You will perform the analysis of the losses in the Process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve equipment efficiency.

This is permanenant position based in Rayong, Thai Lan.

What you will do

As a Process Expert, you will:

  • Drive operational performances, follow up trends and triggers in Daily Management System.
  • Identify losses priorities from operation KPI's and implement actions with relevant pillars.
  • Lead analysis on losses deviations, internal and external issues.
  • Perform process audit to monitor and secure specification with standard compliance.
  • Benchmark with other factories and implement improvement
  • Create and delivers work instructions, operation related training materials to operators.
  • Drive/Participate to internal/external trials, customer audit and ISO audit.
  • Apply all good manufacturing practices, safety regulations, hygiene rules and quality standards.
  • Be a member of pillar and actively WCM methodology towards zero losses.

We believe you have

  • At least 6 years experience in production process.
  • Experience on extrusion, coating, slitting, cutting or laminating process.
  • Strong competence on managing projects, production processes, manufactacturing environment and WCMconcepts&principles.
  • Strong leadership skill on dynamic, capable and productive.
  • Proactive and Result oriented with high demand level.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good command in English and Thai.
