Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern, available for full time internship for duration of 3 months, shadowing members of the Recruitment Team as they perform their duties.
 
You will have a Hybrid work mode, our office is based in Chakan, Pune.  

What you will do

We’re looking for a passionate intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.

As Recruitment Intern you will:

  • Sourcing & Advertising: Post open positions on job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Review incoming applications to shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, and experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, and organize calendars for hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Update applicants on their hiring status, answer questions, and send follow-up or rejection emails.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or candidate trackers to keep recruitment data organized.
  • Administrative Support: Assist recruiters with basic background checks, reference checks.

We believe you have

  • Post Graduation (Pursuing) with specialization in Human Resource.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English.
  • A positive attitude and a passion to learnJoining.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
