What you will do

  • Deliver design specifications and drawings for BPUs.  
  • Communicate with the Order Team regarding order status, updates, and changes.  
  • Execute project plans and achieve milestones on time, in full, and within budget.  
  • Promote and follow the use of reusable solutions, standard component lists, and established processes to enhance productivity.  
  • Participate in lessons learned activities and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of processes, templates, and tools.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution of tasks and projects, aligning stakeholders toward common objectives.  
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the department to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.  
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments, and translate insights into competitive and effective solutions that support business growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation to improve processes, products, and ways of working. 

We believe you have

  • You have finished and are about to finish your Food Science or Engineering master’s Degree studies. 
  • Fluency in both English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • The ability and willingness to develop knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, tools, and methodologies for process design.  
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong learning agility and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to analyzing issues and identifying practical solutions.
