Ensure standards and quality systems are followedTo perform incoming, process and final quality control in accordance to Quality Plan and defined Test Methods, in order to ensure compliance to the specification

What you will do

1. Develop and establish quality procedures (OPL and SOP)2. Execute Q points control audits3. Assist/support production processes by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions4. Participate in Improvement Teams activities as team member5. Train and support operators6. Apply defined test methods as per defined frequency and Communicate the results of tests 7. Perform internal calibration for measurement instruments

We believe you have

At least 3 years experience as quality technician or Fresh candidate with basic diploma in Quality/ Food Safety/ Statistical/ Chemical function; Good knowledge of production processes Good knowledge of P2 Q points control Good knowledge of all production Barrier Quality lab standard equipments' calibration Basic knowledge of Product safety (Food safety)  WCM knowledge: Quality Matrixes, 5C0D, RCA (Ishikava Diagram and 5Whys), Deployment concepts and Pareto Analysis Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies: PDCA cycle, 12 step of Kaizen
