Job Summary

We are looking for a Services Key Account Manager who will act as main interface for the customers on service business and all technical matters including Quality.
 
You will be based in Zagreb, Crotatia.
Internal travel to customers in Croatia 20-25% of total time. Additional travel outside of Croatia due to different reasons can be a maximum of 5%. Overall, a total maximum of 30% is expected. 

What you will do

   Manage customer relationships from a service perspective through a structured communication approach
•    Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
•    Create, implement and follow-up service account plans in alignment with customer and KA team
•    Create, implement and follow-up quality plans per account in line with customer and KA team
•    Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposals, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
•    Manage internal interfaces and customers to ensure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans
•    Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customers and issue driver
•    Be an integrated member in the Key Account team, driving the service business as a part of a system supplier approach

We believe you have

•    A university Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Business, or a comparable field
•    Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience
•    Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate it into practical solutions
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Croatian and English (knowledge of Slovene is a plus)
•    Proven sales and customer‑focused capabilities within a technical or engineering environment
Personal skills:
•    A proactive, results‑driven professional who takes ownership and delivers outcomes
•    Comfortable working independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player
•    Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships
•    Highly self‑motivated, driven, and eager to take initiative
