Job Summary


We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist, who will support and drive the Cheddar Cheese Business within the US/CA market. This includes offering quality service with innovative solutions, opportunity identification, development, selling process, and performance analysis of ongoing business based on customer needs and our established strategy.  
You may be required to travel up to 10% of your time.
This position is based at our Winsted, MN location.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require international relocation.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas for this position.

What you will do

 

  • Manage the ordering and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services and materials and the relevant purchasing and invoicing activities according to Corporate Governance policy. 
  • Execute administrative activities across several areas or functions, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction.
  • Understand the legal and importation requirements for each country, and manage outstanding and critical cases to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with requests for Bizagi/DoCp for spare parts.
  • Manage the administrative activities related to Services and Upgrade projects in SAP for the Cheese Business.
  • Support requests for maintenance activities (also for re-Teflon coating activities).
  • Lead continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service administration.
  • Participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective backup solutions.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Understanding of technical documentation/manuals.
  • Work in Microsoft Office, SAP (basic work in Inventor, AutoCad or Vault is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the food industry.
