Job Summary

This position is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track this is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, we ensure delivery of high-quality services, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost.

The program starts on July 15, 2024.

This position is based in Winsted, Minnesota at our Cheese & Powder factory.

You will be travelling 15% of your time to our customer sites.

Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require visa sponsorship or international relocation to the United States. 

What you will do

• Bring your technical expertise to understand customer needs for Cheese & Powder equipment, main challenges and goals to improve to grow the Services Business.
• Implement actions identified to grow cheese and powder services business.
• Understand the way of working on Business Stream Cheese & Powder to built a strong relationship with Services and Markets.
• Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to support them and grow the Services Business for Cheese & Powder.
• Be able to develop Account Plans for Key customers in Americas for Cheese & Powder Business in Services.
• Periodical customer visits with the Market company representatives to foster a relationship with key customers. 
• Provide support to secure fast resolution and appropriate communication.

We believe you have

• A talented recent graduated in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, food technology, food processing engineering, food science, chemistry, biochemistry, food processing or related technical field.
• Finished or will finish your studies between May 2022 and May 2024.
• Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
• This position is for you that are continuously seeking to improve understanding of the market, welcome new challenges, and opportunities. If you are a team player, good at solving problems, and a fast learner.
