Job Summary

You will report to Manager Project Management & Implementation


Based of this position is in MC East Europe, Warsaw Office. The position requires approximately 20-30% of travelling.

What you will do

Lead the team of project managers in MC EE to high project performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead Area Project cost, time and quality control and actions to improve. 
  • Participate in identifying ways to drive efficiency at the right cost and effectiveness to reduce cost/time and improve quality.
  • Participate in identifying visual management to drive results. 

 

Lead competence and capability for the team. 

  • Drive competence and capability (coaching, training, assessment, on-boarding, etc.)
  • Drive leadership behaviors.
  • Close identified competence and capability gaps

 

Lead planning and scheduling of the Area project resources.

  • Plan and schedule Area resources according to Project forecasts (rolling, annual and 3yr) through both internal and external workforce.
  • Manage Area Installation resource escalations.

 

Lead in reporting and follow up of the project KPI`s

  • Report and follow up of project KPI`s on Area level in dedicated systems.
  • Lead the Area Dashboard updates and communication.
  • Analyze KPI results and suggest actions to improve.

 

Lead the Area use of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates.

  • Drive use of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates to secure standardization, predictability in delivery and consistent quality
  • Secure the use of mandatory project documentation, updated and stored in dedicated shared location.

 

Participate developing and implementation of NPI readiness activities Processing.

  • Participate in NPI Readiness teams in accordance with the PPM process.
  • Secure readiness of the Area project organization for New Product Introduction (NPI)

 

Participate the Area/Centre Continuous Improvement activities.

  • Participate in Area/Cluster networks.
  • Secure lessons learned activities and provide feed-back.
  • Share and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to improvement activities on local and global level.
  • Participate in Early Management activities.
     

We believe you have

  • University level (preferably engineering degree), preferrable Food Processing Environment
  • Experience in Food Industry
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Experience in leading business and project management experience in processing and/or packaging projects
  • Experience in Project Management, methodologies and consequently in leading teams (matrix, line or project)
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PMI®) is a plus
  • A very structured approach, process oriented
  • Customer Business Understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing various stakeholders
