Sales Manager Key Components & Channel Management


to strengthen our team.

Main responsibilities:

• To develop Tetra Pak’s key component business with selected customers, customer groups and Channels within the Food Processing Industry
• To develop and set the key components sales strategy
• To act as sales leader for new key component sales like homogenisers, separators, heat exchangers, mixers etc.
• To interpret the customers’ needs and ensure the Tetra Pak offer meets those needs
• To prepare quotations where appropriate
• To present proposals to customers
• To identify opportunities for new products and development of the existing portfolio 
• To negotiate orders to achieve the expected goals

 

Qualifications

• We believe you have a Master degree in Engineering or Food Technology or Chemical in combination with 3-5 years of commercial experience.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken is required.

The successful candidate has a strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to build networks and relationships with other people.
As you will be working in partnership with many key stake holders externally as well as internally you will need to possess a high level of collaboration, engagement and leadership skills. You are agile in your approach, have an ability to sell your ideas to others and your communication skills are excellent. For this position you need to have a solid business understanding and a good knowledge of technical solutions and key components
.
