Process Project Leader

We are looking for a Process Project Leader who will implement tailor-made technical solutions in accordance with Tetra Pak's strategy, standards and guidelines. Tools and methods for process engineering and design of plant functionality are available, the implementation of the tasks in good quality and compliance with the budget are in your hands.
As a Process Project Leader, you will lead the projects from order to customer take-over in close cooperation your project team, internal stakeholders and customers.


You will be based in Warsaw, Poland

What will you do:

  • Technical coordination and lead technical discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Supporting and leading your project team, which includes internal and external process engineering resources
  • Planning engineering and commissioning activities, in collaboration with both the Tetra Pak project team and customers team
  • Ongoing reviews during commercial tendering, engineering and implementation phase
  • Ensuring Tetra Pak standards, processes and best practices are implemented throughout the project lifecycle
  • Perform engineering calculations, design, simulation and equipment specifications of systems/modules/plants
  • Provide a constructive communication internally, and with suppliers and customers 
  • Developing and improving customer’s plants regarding performance, safety and quality
  • Supporting less experienced colleagues
  • Ensuring the customer’s satisfaction with Tetra Pak equipment and services
  • Representing the company in front of our customises


We are part of an international business environment. Therefore you should be prepared to travel approximately 25% of your time to our colleagues, customers and suppliers to fulfil the role (International travels throughout Europe & Central Asia region are expected).
 

Who you are:

  • A  will to lead and taking ownership for your team and for the project
  • At least 7 years relevant experience in an engineering role. Experience of leading teams and/or project management experience would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of current legislation affecting process solutions, contractual and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, to be able to communicate with customers at all levels and capable of managing their expectations
  • University degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or similar 
  • Good spoken and written English, native Polish is an advantage 
  • Willingness to travel – approximately 25 % of the time in Europe & Central Asia region
