Process Project Leader / Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Project Leader that will lead the projects from quotation to customer take over and when needed, he will be able to step into the role of Senior Process Engineer providing design solutions for our production lines.

The position is permanent and based in Tetra Pak office in Warsaw, Poland.
You will travel approximately 30% of your time.
 

What you will do

As a Process Project Leader / Senior Process Engineer, you will lead the projects from quotation to customer take over in close cooperation with the project core team, your team, internal stakeholders, and customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Process Design: Guide the design process for customer orders from start to handover.
• Collaborate with Project Team: Work closely with the core team and project managers.
• Manage Customer Needs: Balance customer requirements with cost-effective solutions.
• Support Engineering Team: Lead and support the Process Engineering team assigned for Projects.
• Drive Technical Tasks: Define and manage technical work to meet project goals.
• Provide Engineering Support: Support design, sales, installation, and commissioning of Projects.
• Ensure Plant Standards: Design plants with high standards of functionality, hygiene, and safety.
• Perform engineering calculations, design, simulation and equipment specifications of systems, modules and plants.
• Define production line functionality and prepare functional description for automation department.
• Develop and improve customer’s plants regarding performance, safety and quality.
• Ensuring the customer’s satisfaction with Tetra Pak equipment and services.
• Representing the company in front of our customers.

We believe you have

• You are a leader in your field with a positive and inspiring approach, motivating and coaching is something you enjoy. 
• You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in food processing industry
• University degree in Dairy Processing, Process Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Technology or similar
• You have a strong drive for result and an analytic mindset
• A good command of English, other European languages are considered a plus
