Job Summary

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support the implementation of external and internal communication strategies across East Europe, including marketing-related initiatives. This role aims to strengthen Tetra Pak’s reputation on key strategic fronts while ensuring effective communication with employees. Responsibilities also include supporting planning and implementation of social media content and coordinating the company’s presence at external events.

The position can be based in Warsaw, with occasional travel within the East Europe region.

What you will do

As Communications Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist the Head of Communications (HoC) in executing external communication activities, including those targeting customers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the content calendar for Tetra Pak’s digital channels in collaboration with our social media agency, ensuring internal alignment and approval of materials prior to publication.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives for employees in coordination with the HoC, including project management and oversight of internal communication channels.
  • Coordinate external events to generate new business opportunities and leads 
  • Develop and manage sponsorships and local engagement activities across all East Europe sites.
  • Support KPI-driven evaluation of all communication activities, both internal and external.
  • Provide assistance on ad hoc projects for the regional communications team throughout the year.
  • Validate translations for any assets from English into local language 

We believe you have

  • A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing Communication and 3-5 years of working experience in this area.  
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one East European language.
  • Experience working with communication or marketing agencies, serving clients across various sectors.
  • Background in communications, marketing, or digital media, including external communication for audiences such as media, influencers, customers, and NGOs.
  • Strong writing skills for short-form content for internal and external use.
  • Proven experience in project management and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Any additional experience with tools such as Canva, Capcut are a plus
