Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Expert to join our East-Europe Market Operations team. In this role you would drive Sales and Customer Management (S&CM) process excellence, governance and maturity by building capability, adoption of tools & reports.
In this position you can be based at the following locations:
- Budaörs, Hungary
- Warsaw, Poland
- Belgrade, Serbia
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
Contractual Support
- Support for new contract templates implementation for equipment and commercial related (AOM, School Milk, e-invoicing, etc)
- Follow-up on local legal needs
Pricing maintenance
- Understand SAP pricing set up
- Coordinate questions on Master Data quality in SAP ECC
- Work on price SAP setup alignment (condition types of application)
- Coordinate new SAP condition types test
Pricing Simulator
- Maintain pricing details in the tool
- Publish baselines and provide simulations
Business support:
- Support in business case creation for pricing actions
- Support new commercial solutions deployment (new pricing models etc.)
- Support and follow-up on commercial compliance
Escalations
- Consolidate, evaluate and support escalation/exception related to commercial settlement, CRS (Customer Resolution Support), GDL (Global Discount List) and BCTs (Business Critical Terms)
- Coordinate with cluster and support users in submitting the case in the Bizagi and Exception Tool
Tools Training & Support
- Train and support end users
Tenders
- Alignment, coordination, sharing best practices for tender based selling points
We believe you have
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of Sales-And-Customer Management process
- Very good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (mainly SAP, CX master data app, CRM)
- Ability and willingness to work with data maintenance, understanding of sales forecasting and pricing maintenance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
