Job Summary
Lead the deployment of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, reduce losses, enhance equipment reliability, strengthen quality performance, and build a continuous improvement culture.
What you will do
As WCM Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute the site World Class Manufacturing (WCM) strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term operational excellence goals.
- Lead the deployment and governance of WCM pillars and continuous improvement methodologies, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Structured Problem Solving.
- Drive a factory-wide cost improvement agenda by identifying productivity opportunities, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering sustainable cost savings.
- Identify, prioritize, and eliminate manufacturing losses to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead systematic loss analysis and cost deployment activities to ensure resources are focused on the highest-value improvement opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop pillar leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen WCM capabilities and embed continuous improvement practices at all organizational levels.
- Monitor and review WCM performance indicators, ensuring improvement targets are achieved and sustained through robust action plans.
- Lead internal and external WCM assessments, audits, and benchmarking activities while promoting the sharing and replication of best practices.
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects to deliver measurable business results in productivity, quality, reliability, cost, and customer service.
- Foster a culture of zero losses, zero defects, and continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement, ownership, and accountability.
- Champion operational excellence initiatives and support the implementation of global manufacturing standards and best practices.
- Lead the site's journey toward higher WCM maturity levels and support the achievement of World Class Manufacturing certifications and industry-recognized excellence awards.
We believe you have
- 7-8 years of experience in implementing WCM
- Knowledge of Production process in factory is preferred
- Ability to lead and audit team
- Project Management
