Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, who will be part of a highly skilled and professional team of project managers that strongly contributes to the overall successful management of multidiscipline teams.
The ideal candidate will focus on accomplishing the targets and ensuring each project phase is completed on time, within budget, and to the customers’ satisfaction.
The level and the nature of the interactions can vary according to the stakeholders and their level of influence, as defined in the project communication plan. Project Stakeholders include The project sponsor, customers, users, sellers, business partners, functional managers, and the business unit responsible.
This position will report to the Nordics and Baltics PMO Team Leader.
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You must be prepared and flexible to travel up to 50% within the area of your scope, which includes the Baltics and occasionally other locations within Project Centre France, Benelux & North Europe.
What you will do
• Manage large implementation projects on customer sites, covering various scopes within the Tetra Pak portfolio
(processing and packaging).
• Overall responsibility for project execution and providing project leadership to deliver project results (Delivery on time;
on budget, with a quality system, and achieving customer satisfaction.)
• Secure project deliverables according to the project agreement (the contract) and act according to the responsibilities
of the project charter
• Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to
budget
• Drive productivity in projects through the utilization of global re-useable solutions, processes, and tools including
quality, project governance, and risk management
• Manage scope changes and issue variation orders
• Secure project communication and documentation according to the project communication plan
• Provide lessons learned and provide input to improvement or development of processes and tools
• Provide sales support by giving technical and/or commercial presentations
• Provide issue management and claim resolution related to projects
• Manage project team and provide feedback to Senior Management on team member performance
• Participate in project review and/or board meetings
• Continuous education in Project Management with the expectation to obtain or maintain PMP certification
We believe you have
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Food Science preferred
• PMI certification or the motivation to attain the PMI certification is required
• At least 8-10 years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience in the food industry, sanitary facilities, dairy, powdered milk
• Demonstrable leadership skills and communication skills
• Negotiation skills and capability to maneuver through political and cultural situations effectively
• Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project; SAP; Basic AutoCAD Skills
• Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and project planning
• Fluency in English and local language is required, both verbally and written
• Russian is an advantage.
• Good transversal management skills
• Ability to manage projects autonomously
• Good awareness of customer needs
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good analytical and communication skills
• You are self-driven, decisive, highly motivated, and independent in your work
• Experience in Processing is an advantage.
Salary range for Vilnius
4500-5000 gross /month
