Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Business Expert BEX with both project- and commercial skills to join the Sales Management team. You will drive the commercial practices process and support the sales team in all three business. Your responsibility includes sales management process improvements and secure local compliance on global commercial policies & procedures.
In this position you can be based at the following locations: Germany (Glinde, Hochheim, Munich), Austria (Vienna) or Switzerland (Glattbrugg).
This is a temporary position from 1st of May 2026 until 30th of June 2028.
What you will do
Drive S&CM Process Governance & Maturity in the market:
- Drive focus on building S&CM process, capability, tools & data by setting ambitions linked to market needs, agreed action plan & milestone review.
- Provide analytical input to achieve set targets and support decision making in the area of customer management and commercial practices.
Build frontline capability and be first line of support for end-users:
- Be the local center of excellence for commercial practices including pricing, commercial contracts, exceptions & escalations and business critical terms (BCT).
- Drive adoption of process, tools and report by training and supporting the end-users
- Best practice sharing with the global network and bringing the good practices to local market
Drive Improvements - local and global rollouts
- Coordinate the commercial contract templates handling with BCT management and the pricing process with improvements related to processes, tools, data etc.
- Support commercial audits and market reviews, align with local and central team on gaps and improvement actions and end-user training support, where required
- Act as local key contact for commercial topics in the global NCSP rollout
- Collect end-user feedback and coordinate continuous improvement requirements
We believe you have
- 3 years of commercial experience ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry.
- Good understanding of Sales-and-Customer Management process.
- Good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (mainly SAP), ability and willingness to work with commercial contracts, understanding of pricing maintenance.
- A bachelor’s degree or similar, or a completed apprenticeship with a successful track record in agile working
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good customer understanding and drive to support the sales teams.
- You are reliable, driven and can inspire and motivate others.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
