Would you like to analyse and follow up sales opportunities, and promote services based on customer information?
 
 
This role will be based at our Vernon Hills office and will report to the Services Support Supervisor
 
 
As our new Service Account Representative your main responsabilities will be:
 
 
• Provide input to qualify opportunities and analyse risks to engage on the right sales opportunities
• Provide input to identify & analyse purchasing drivers and decision makers to engage the right stakeholders
• Proactively approach customers for services based on customer information e.g. running hours and installed base
• Align the customer communication strategy with Technical Account Managers and Key Account Managers
• Have regular meetings, phone calls and e-mails with customers in order to strengthen the relationship, better understand their processes and identify opportunities
• Analyse and follow-up customer satisfaction results together with Tetra Pak Services functions
• Coordinate and follow-up the service events with customers
• Collaborate with the planner to ensure the right resources for the service event
• Follow up invoicing of the events and send the documents to the customer.
• Support the preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control
• Translate service contract details into execution parameters e.g. payment terms and secure creation in SAP
• Alignment with delivering and supporting functions to secure delivery according to contract specifications
• Monitor Contract Execution Plan & trigger key activities e.g. Expert Service activities
• Receive Customer Call, understand the nature of the problem and forward to the relevant function
• Secure the right information to hand-over and the commitment from the issue driver for the technical issue
• Continuously inform the customer about the status of inquiries until close out
• Lead planning and sourcing of local material and labour
• Lead customer related master data updates and ensures accuracy to drive transactional sales and service business

Qualifications

 
• College graduate in business/administration/industrial engineering or similar
• 2 years of experience in sales/administrative/technical areas and having contact with customers
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
• Customer Business Understanding,Customer oriented ,Results driven,Service minded and strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to balance competing priorities
• Team player
