Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Leader
In this position you will be responsible for deploying the Autonomous Maintenance methodology in the different process areas across the factory. You will coach and lead the production staff to continuously evolve through the Autonomous Maintenance steps and World Class Methodology to further improve our work standards and results.
The position is based in Vancouver, Washington.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As an Autonomous Maintenance Lead you will:
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities not only inside the Vancouver organization but also with the global World Class Operations Management (WCOM) organization in the company.
- Collaborate and be an active member of any of the WCM core pillars such as Safety, Planned Maintenance and Education and Training Pillars to promote a cross functional approach to loss elimination and people development.
- As a member of the Steering Committee, you will help reinforce and ensure compliance with company rules and policies; as well as the standards of safety, product quality, service level and maintenance of the production process.
- Ambassador of change culture to “zero loss mindset”.
- Improve the process performance through a loss eradication mindset with Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team’s evolution acting as a driver for this initiative.
- Prepare and deliver training material related to the Autonomous Maintenance evolution.
We believe you have
- Technical degree or High School completed is a must. Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering is strongly desired.
- Minimum 5 years leading and/or participating in continuous improvement projects or teams.
- Experience managing people at production floor with both a formal and informal leadership approach.
- Self-driven and avid learner with a dynamic approach to change and engage people.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP a plus.
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
- Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $83,700.00 - $107,600.00
- Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS
