Job Summary

Our Services Organization is growing at a high pace, that’s why we are looking for enthusiastic and customer oriented to join our team in the Netherlands.

 

You will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide.

 

That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance. In this position, you will be mainly travelling extensively to Middelburg, Netherlands, and occasionally support others market abroad. 

What you will do

Travel to customer sites to:

  • Actively learn through on-the-job and classroom training to execute all duties and responsibilities to perform as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Assist with preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
  • Assist operators during production to help maintain smooth and efficient line performance
  • Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and service activities
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally while identifying opportunities to improve customer operations and service delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team

We believe you have

  • A high school diploma, vocational qualification, or technical diploma with a focus on hands-on mechanical, electrical, or industrial work
  • We welcome graduates and individuals starting their technical careers. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics is preferred
  • A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable Spanish and/or Dutch is a plus
  • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers and colleagues
