Job Summary
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and customer oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team responsible for France & Benelux

This position will be based in Utrecht, the Netherlands or Groot-Bijgaarden Belgium.
What you will do
As our new Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key part of the Sales team and work closely with various people within the organisation to give excellent customer service to our customers across all three businesses. It will be a fast-paced work environment, and you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of different customers and products to ensure excellence in customer service. You will be responsible to deliver financial targets for the selected customers across all three businesses, Services, Processing and Packaging. A big part of your day will be following up leads with customers and collaborating with colleagues to ensure we fulfil the customer needs.
You will:
- Support to deliver on the financial targets (top and bottom line) on the respective area of responsibility
- Generate leads and opportunities by up/cross selling defined products/solutions based on customer data & by updating them on new products, mainly via digital platforms
- Nurture leads and close opportunities for selected customers
- Capture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques to configure solutions that maximize value for Customer & for Tetra Pak
- Be responsible for customer management, engagement and experience for selected accounts
- Leverage on digital platforms to drive sales efficiency and promote Tetra Pak portfolio
- Promote customer self-serve via digital platforms, including e-business and My Tetra Pak
- Manage proper & timely documentation
We believe you have
- We believe that you are a person with strong customer service skills, a drive for results and the ability to prioritize and deliver what is needed.
- You need to be a team-player and be successful in building good relationships with colleagues.
- To build and maintain successful relations with customers and internal stakeholders comes natural to you.
- To be successful in this position you have solid experience in customer facing roles. You need to be comfortable using different tools and software.
- Experience in an engineering, maintenance or packaging environment is a plus.
- Fluent Dutch and English is required.
