Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Account Manager , who ill take the responsibility to drive sustainable profitable growth in with the responsible accounts according to agreed strategies and plans, driving world-class key account management 
This is a local contract to be based in Tunis, Tunisia.
 

What you will do

  • Drives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and Service Sales by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities.
  • Coordinates cross functional activities, follow up from sales and project closing as sales/project owner .
  • Drives improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability).
  • Develops and drives the execution of customer plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customer’s business objectives.
  • Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the responsible customers.
  • Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully.
  • Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.

We believe you have

  • 5+ years in the Role and knowledge of Food Processing Business - Sales Managementt
  • University Degree Preferred technical, engineering discipline
  • Excellent English mastery (speaking/writing) and French language.
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality.
  • Business minded with ability to understand the dimensions of business strategy, activities, performance and direction
