Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our team in Olsztyn, Poland. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising production processes, quality control and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of inspection processes: Monitoring and supervising quality control systems throughout the production process.
  • Planning and implementing quality strategies: Develop and implement inspection plans to ensure and improve the quality of products or services.
  • Conduct inspections and tests: Perform inspections, tests and quality assessments of both raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods.
  • Analyzing quality data: Collecting, analyzing and interpreting quality data, identifying trends and problems, and developing reports and recommendations based on them.
  • Process improvement: Identifying areas for improvement, implementing new solutions and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Cooperation with other departments: Actively collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and management departments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Quality Documentation Management: Maintain appropriate documentation on quality standards and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support on quality standards and procedures to employees.
  • Quality problem solving: Identifying and resolving quality problems, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Researching and implementing new technologies: Tracking trends and new technologies related to quality control and possibly implementing them in the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with current quality regulations and standards.

We believe you have

  • Experience working in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and report.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Certificate of competence VT1, VT2
  • Certificate of competence PT1, PT2
  • University education related to quality, manufacturing engineering or related fields will be an advantage.
