Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Material Supply Manager to oversee our warehouse and packing team in Olsztyn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of materials, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do

You will take care of Warehouse Management, supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials,

In this role, you will also maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts and implementing and enforcing safety and security procedures.

You will have a pivotal role in Packing Team Management, coordinating with order management, production teams and packaging partners to align packaging schedules with customer timelines, upholding high standards of quality and accuracy

In this role, you will also develop and implement packing procedures to optimize productivity and quality, monitoring packing operations to ensure compliance with company standards.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will also monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses, coordinating with production and procurement teams to align supply with demand and resolving any supply chain issues that may arise.

Working for Process Improvement, you will Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, utilizing data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize operations.

You will work alongside the Material Inbound Manager and Production Planning Coordinator to ensure smooth material flow and proactively address any supply constraints
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
- Native level of Polish, professional knowledge of English
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
