Job Summary

As an Industrial Engineer, you will lead industrializing of production process for existing, new and transferred products manufactured in our factory. You will be leading key transfer projects working with global stakeholders. All driven with WCM based on Early Management.

 

Location is Olsztyn, Poland.

What you will do

 

  • Drive key local transformation projects or initiatives (dual sourcing, core transfers, make or buy) using Early Management methodology. 
  • Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve overall operational efficiency. 
  • Initiate and drive Improvement Teams, SEA, lessons learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes, templates, and tools. 
  • Lead cross-departmental teams to optimize production process. 
  • Provide training and support to production operators on new processes and procedures.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management or related.
  • Minimum 5 years (Full time) spent as Engineer. 
  • A very good command of Polish and English, both written and verbal is a must.
  • Experience in driving transformation projects with a successful track record. 
  • An open attitude with strong informal leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate technical skills, good knowledge in manufacturing needs.
  • Demonstrate very good knowledge of design for manufacturing.
  • Excellent knowledge and be part of developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for manufacturing. 
  • Very good understanding of processing product portfolio and its functionality. 
  • Engineering experience in the food industry.
  • Autodesk CAD tools experience (Inventor, AutoCad, Vault).
