We are looking for highlymotivated newly graduates to join us in 2026!   Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Olsztyn. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Olsztyn, Poland but you will work in a global arena. 

What you will do

  • Secure good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the services category/assortment value proposition
  • Understand the way of working on Business Stream Cheese&Powder to build a strong relationship with Services and Markets.
  • Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to support them and grow the Services Business for Cheese&Powder.
  • Periodical customer technical visits with the Market company representatives to foster a relationship with key customers.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to secure that product performs according to expectations throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and analyze the delivery success and quality of the service category/assortment
  • Secure technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth, i.e. technical publications, manuals, sales documents and best practices
  • Drive execution of pilots in Region as part of the global development to expand the service solutions portfolio
  • Manage sales technical questions from market in regard to product performance and recommendations

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Process Engineer / Food Tech / Chemical Engineer
  • Some basic experience in Food Industry 
  • Basic knowledge or understanding of processing equipment
  • Food processing knowledge would be highly valuable
  • Proactiveness, eagerness to learn and curiousity
  • Ability to work with an intercultural team and remotely
