Job Summary
Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2026! Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Olsztyn.
You will onboard an individually designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Olsztyn, Poland but you will work in a global arena. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Future Talent – Sales Engineer, you will:
- Support customer discussions by preparing technical presentations, equipment proposals, and solution concepts.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into value-adding processing or packaging solutions.
- Learn how to perform basic equipment sizing, cost calculations, and solution comparisons.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Project Managers, and Process Engineers to understand customer requirements and project workflows.
- Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations under supervision.
- Develop strong knowledge of Tetra Pak’s portfolio across Processing, Packaging, and Services.
- Use CRM and internal digital tools to prepare quotations, maintain data, and track opportunities.
- Contribute to market analysis activities, identifying trends and customer insights.
- Follow structured development milestones throughout the program, including international training modules.
- Work in cross-functional teams to support improvement initiatives, customer value creation, and internal processes.
We believe you have
- University degree (within last 2 years) in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in technical sales, customer relationships, and commercial thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Good command of English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and training modules (domestic and international).
- A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global environment.
