What you will do

As a Future Talent – Planning Expert you will:

  • Prepare and facilitate monthly and quarterly review meetings with the governance bodies
  • Analyze, consolidate and regularly report to the organization
  • Support short term and long term plan definition
  • Work with Program and Project managers / Line Managers and other stakeholders to secure accurate, timely and integrated collection of required inputs like available/estimated man-hours, financial information, project lists, project scope, project value, project risk, long term resource plans, material availability
  • Secure the implementation of standard approaches and best practices in program and project management, according to PMO guidelines.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, graduated in 2023 or 2024
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit customers’ sites attending, customer meetings and to take part in foreign trainings, team building meetings etc.
  • Good spoken and written English and Polish language is a must
  • Good in using MS Office some knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Organized, systematic and consistent, result oriented with a strong personal drive
