Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Olsztyn - Poland. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our team and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.

 

Become part of the Mechanical Engineering team where you will be delivering mechanical design solutions and specifications to fulfil our customers’ needs. Use your Mechanical Engineering knowledge to provide support to other departments and areas of the organization like sales, issue resolution, and product creation.

What you will do

  • Deliver mechanical design specifications and drawings of our equipment
  • Provide support to other departments and areas like sales, issue resolution, and product creation
  • Monitor the status of projects from a mechanical engineering perspective
  • Communicate with other departments if changes are made 
  • Reuse solutions and designs to boost productivity and mitigate risks
  • Manage scope changes
  • Work on continuous improvement of our products and processes

We believe you have

  • Bachelor of science or higher (Preferred: Mechanical Engineering)          
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Openness to keep expanding your knowledge and to acquire new skills
  • A punctual, reliable and accuracy driven attitude
  • Experience with 3D CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor is a plus)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
