Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Olsztyn - Poland. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our team and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.

 

In the Electrical Engineer position you will work independently according to specified design solutions in BPU design and in projects (L0-L3+ projects).

What you will do

As an Electrical Engineer you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Use proven technical solutions to design BPU:s and L0 – L3+ projects
  • Provide technical support in issue and claim resolution.
  • Technical discussions with customer and/or end suppliers for engineering parts
  • Validate and verify technical designs made by other designers within OFCE process
  • Make customized Technical solution in line with Tetra Pak Strategy, standards, guidelines, tools and methods for process design
  • Make drawings and specifications in time, with correct quality and at specified cost
  • Final checking automation/electric installation after assembly phase
  • Final testing of automation and electrical panels before shipment
  • Participation in projects as support from Electrical engineering
  • Designing automation systems based on company standards and norms
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak

We believe you have

  • Degree in technique ideally within electrotechnics or automation area
  • A minimum of 1 year of practical work experience in relevant position is an asset
  • Knowledge of software: AutoCad, Step7 and EPlan
  • Basic knowledge of safety according to ISO 13849-1 and Machine Directive 2006/42/WE
  • Knowledge of electric motor drives and pneumatic drives
  • Experience in the assembly and commissioning process,
  • Experience in working with machine and process control systems,
  • Recommended knowledge of English on the communicative level – min. B2 level
  • Both technical and commercial approach with a structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to 10% of working time
  • Driving license cat. B is required
