Job Summary

Be responsible for the pre-project activities and coordinate with Center of Expertise to generate upgrades solutions for Branded Processing Units.
Be responsible for providing customized upgrades project engineering solutions. Support sales team during pre-project phase to generate upgrades quotation and present to customers.
Support the Markets during sales and implementation processes by having an understanding of the customer requirements and Upgrades Portfolio.
Contributing to the overall processing upgrades business result and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

1. Responsible for providing technical/engineering expertise in designing Upgrades solutions that require deep knowledge and be the main supplier contact to specify components and define services (drawings and installation) during the quotations.
2. Reponsible for project engineering quotation: a) customized solutions for Tetra Pak equipment; b) “standard” Upgrades for Key Components or installed equipment; c) customers requests for Upgrades developed by Business Units, local quotations (RFQ) or a combination thereof with focus on Food Safety, Operational Efficiency or Production Capability; d) automation revamping or automation of the installed base; e) water, utilities and energy consumption reduction for new projects or current installed base. Participate the engineering process in the implementation phase up to execution at site and the final acceptance.
3. Support Services Sales Team and collaborate with sales support along the sales process, providing technical analysis, value proposition and customer presentations, according to a pre-defined scope of offering aligned to customers needs. Support the proposals throughout the UCC process.
4. Support in providing information on product performance, new trends and technologies in the industry, competitor analysis and collection of this information to disperse to the Sales and Portfolio Teams. Support in developing standard and re-use solutions.
5. Support to train/coaching Upgrade Engineers to develop their technical competencies.
6. Act as Upgrades Project manager upon request.

We believe you have

Proven process engineering and technical background.
Using AutoCad to create layout, piping and instrument diagrams
Proven experience in leading the solution design of medium to large sized upgrades projects (U2/U3) with medium complexity.
Demonstrated ability to lead small upgrades projects U0 with low complexity. More than 3 years experience.
