Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day recording cash activities. Responsible for forex transactions and compile, verify, and analyse cash flow information to prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash status reports including daily contact with outsourcers. 
Works within mostly auto nomously within established procedures and practices, support treasury manager and helps determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Works semi-independently with oversight focused only on complex new assignments. 
Completes a variety of atypical assignments, concentrates on own short-term* goals and tasks at hand.

What you will do

1. Daily cash movement / transactions check via bank system(Anser Service or e-Banking System

2. Creating/Collection Cash flow data, Analysis cash flow forecast result

3. Manual payment data creation, journal entries plus monthly closure bank accounts, P&L transfer

4. Internal AP/AR reconciliation for payment 

5. FX contract administration / Report

6. Internal Insurance administration

7. PR creation 

8. Administrative collaboration with Controllers/Sales team 

 

 

We believe you have

  • Min. 3 years of accounting or treasury experience
  • Good self-discipline, driven and motivated
  • Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills
  • Manage self working schedule skill for keeping dead line
  • The Official Business Skill Test in Bookkeeping 2nd Grade preferred
