Job Summary

Responsible for all activities on site according to defined project scope within project applicant levels L1-L2 (packaging type) of commercial projects. Plan and analyze project time schedule to manage internal and subcontracted companies/consultants. Drive Health and Safety activities at site. Coordinate project site team to ensure cooperation, project efficiency and wellbeing.

What you will do

1.    Overall Responsible for site activities.
2.    Plan and analyze project time schedule
3.    To manage internal and subcontracted companies/consultants.
4.    Secure that all activities are completed within defined project scope following Installation to Performance process.
5.    Adopt to local work regulations to supervise internal, subcontracted companies/consultants.
6.    Quality assurance
7.    Risk identification and follow up on site
8.    OHS responsible for all site activities covered by the scope of project
9.    Identification and input to Variation Orders and outstanding issues
10.    Resources and budget
11. Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies as input to improving processes and systems.
12. Demonstrate self-awareness for wellbeing and secure the work approach for team members is aligned with wellbeing priorities. 

We believe you have

Shows good potential in leadership and human resource handling. Good communicator with the ability to clearly express, convey and collaborate with customer, sub-suppliers, and project team. Good overall technical knowledge in the required competence areas. Shown competence in planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities. Participated and been a project member in several commercial site projects depending on background education or equivalent.
