Job Summary

 

The Site Manager will supervise the implementation of action plans for all site activities in the project. Monitor and coordinate the project work on site in accordance with plans, budgets and contract requirements. The Site Manager will participate in on-site discussions and negotiations with customers and suppliers and reports to the project manager.

What you will do

 

As a Site Manager, you will:

 

  • Responsible for oversight of all site activities (site establishment, installation supervision of mechanical and electrical, commissioning preparation) in project execution.

  • Coordinate all OHS activities on site.

  • Secure project deliverables according to project agreement (the contract) with customer and suppliers and act according to responsibilities in the project charter.

  • Breakdown and plan the site activities into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to installation budget.

  • Drive productivity in project through utilization of processes and tools.

  • Manage scope changes and communicate these to Project Manager.

  • Maintain communication and documentation for all site activities according to project communication plan.

  • Give input to lesson learned for improvement or development of processes and tools.

We believe you have

 

  • Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in installation module, machine field, project or site management, ideally for engineering service industry

  • Experience in project management, site management or installation management for Beverage and Dairy project is an advantage.

  • Able to travel to support customer on site

  • Able to work outside of office hours when required. (Some weekend must be work).

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Result oriented mindset

  • Good at handling change

  • Proficient with Microsoft office, MS Project and AutoCAD
