Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager, who will be the owner of the position leads and manages small-sized projects or activities (Product development, Issue Resolution, Product Extension, PDAL) with a low financial risk and impact/complexity performed under certain supervision & coaching by experienced Senior Product Owner  and/or Program Managers

What you will do:

As Project Manager, you will:

  • Responsible to define maximizing the value of the project/activity, based on inputs collected from different stakeholders, and develop and implement a risk management plan
  • Integrate the multiple related activities (and/or subprojects) to deliver the overall project scope and objectives.
  • Define, communicate and manage project/activity scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholders’ requirements, ensuring a full understanding and buy-in. Communication plan developed based on stakeholders needs and expectation
  • Delivery activity as expected meeting  financial commitments consistently
  • Define, plan and manage systematic quality activities to meet project/activity requirements through employing necessary processes, methods and tools
  • Develop and implement a solid risk management plan
  • Report to Senior management through the Product Tollgate Review (PTR)/internal governance on regular basis
  • Demonstrate Leadership Behaviors in the daily activities

Who you are:

We believe you have:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing (including food industry) or engineering sector
  • Strong experience working within some projects as a project member
  • Stakeholders management at different organisation level
