Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for leading activities in Project sales, procurement, logistics and timely delivery of products and services for PSE Projects. Support in reverse logistics activities including coordination with Renovation Centre and the scrapping process.
You will be based in Tokyo, Japan.
What you will do
As our Project Coordinator will do:
Prioritize and achieve efficiency in project sales, procurement, logistics, and delivery processes. This includes streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Additionally, equal attention is given to effectively managing reverse logistics activities, which involve handling project returns, coordinating with the Renovation Centre, and managing the scrapping process.
By focusing on these aspects, the goal is to ensure successful project execution and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
We believe you have
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Adequate knowledge about logistic and ability to manoeuvre cases at regional level
Demonstrate ability to manage all PtP process activities
Demonstrate good communication skills
Adequate knowledge about SAP, IT Tools & processes
Ability to manage Packaging or Processing projects
Demonstrate autonomy in managing projects with support in case of need
Ability to interact all relevant Stakeholders
Adequate customer contract management knowledge
