Job Summary

Support Sales/Account Team to drive sustainable profitable growth. Customer/Account Management activities delegated by Sales Leader/Key Account Director

What you will do

1. Support Sales/Account team for Customer Management/Account Management activities in the market as delegated to help achieve the overall sales target
2. Maintain close relationship with customers in person, by telephone and by mail and ensure the customer needs are met
3. Help to prepare and deliver the presentation internally and to external customers to sell Tetra Pak product and technical solutions .
4. Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare quotes
5. Work closely with Engineering department to support the project implementation successfully
6. Work closely with Service and Sales team to help to improve the customer service
7. Support customer issue resolution, ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company
8. Maintain agreed and adequate customer data

We believe you have

 3yr+ Bachelor/intership experience for Master with the knowledge of:

- Food Processing Business - Sales Management
