Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Tokyo, Japan but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do

As System Performance Specialist, you will:

  • Accountable for market’s line performance. 
    • Drive performance improvement projects and perform investigations on nonperformance site.
    • Support KA teams in identify business opportunity analysis, develop and deploy performance improvement strategies.
    • Drive connectivity improvement and maintain the infrastructure.
    • Drive Quality Culture.
  • Systematically analyse and troubleshoot technical escalated issues.
  • Implement automation solution for the customer and maintain well documentation of the product. 
  • Cross department learning to optimize knowledge & best practices and propose area of improvement. 

We believe you have

  • Fresh graduates with University Bachelor in engineering on Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or less than 1-year experience preferably either in manufacturing industry or automation field.
  • TPM/WCM knowledge & Automation will give advantages.
  • Fluency in Japanese and able to communicate in English (Speak and written for both language)
