Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Cheese Mould Business on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing business strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence. Based in Ter Apel, The Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cheese moulds business while leading a dedicated team and building strong customer relationships worldwide. 

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a management team of 6 direct reports, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment 
  • Drive the implementation of the global strategy to support sustainable growth and strengthen our position in the Cheese Mould market 
  • Oversee sales and customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships 
  • Manage financial performance, including responsibility for the company's revenues, costs, profitability, and overall financial results 
  • Act as the Legal Responsible for the Ter Apel site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards 

We believe you have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a commercially oriented field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, or similar) 
  • 7+ years of experience in a commercial role with a strong track record of business management and growth 
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex, long-term sales projects. Experience with capital equipment sales is a strong advantage 
  • In-depth knowledge of business principles related to the Cheese Mould industry 
  • Language proficiency in Dutch, English and German (written and spoken)
