Shift QC Technician

Job Summary

Daily shift (day/middle/night shifts) quality inspection and Barrier system verification to ensure production quality.

What you will do

1. Certificate of Analysis report (COA) establishment and domestic/Overseas COA Platform upload.
2. Relative Crease Strength (RCS) measurement.
3. Preparation for the production folders of the printing orders.
4. Production sample handling; Inspection and delivery for printing samples for Domestic & Overseas Markets; Printing standard samples establishment.
5. Sampling and testing for Microbial Load.
6. Raw material claim processing.
7. Daily maintenance and operation of inspection equipment/measuring tools.
8. Create/modify WI/SOP/OPL standards related to QC tasks.
9. 5S Maintenance for QC working area.
10. Participate in WCM Team and continuous improvement activities.
11. Execution of any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

We believe you have

1. Work experience more than 1 year
2. Detail oriented, Willing to learn humbly, and good stability
3. Normal eyesight with good color discrimination
4. Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
5. Basic English: Listening/Reading/Writing Skills
6. Overtime is required according to the production demands.

Minimum Education

College or University and above
