Job Summary

Be responsible for factory quality assurance related work in a smaller factories or with smaller team

What you will do

  • Product Quality Test: Understand all the test methods for quality test, can perform all the test well
  • Customer Claim handling: Owner of the KPI/KAI indicator customer issues related (IRP cocktail, no. of approved issues, critical issues prevention, PM claim and handlign lead time.)
  • Waste Management: Owner of Total waste KPI achievement: Driver of total waste continuous improvement
  • Base Material Management: Drive for Base Material customer issue reduction. Base Material quality management 
  • Quality system management: ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/Iop system Implementation and driver of Factory Process Control. Includes od safety related certification application.
  • Driver big quality improvement project or leading  project with multifunctional cooperation.
  • Drive Quality Process control and improvement.

We believe you have

  • At least 5 +years in Quality or related experience; Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ BRC/ ISO22000/ OHSAS18001 system; SPC, TQM, related experience would be a plus; WCM Methods and tools applicability
  • People leader experience 3+ years or above.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
