Job Summary
As a Processing Key Account Manager, deliver on Top & Bottom-line Processing Growth, building strong customer relationship as E2E System Solution provider & delivering financial and commercial excellence
What you will do
- Drives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales (NS) and PSE sales by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long term business opportunities.
- Coordinate the Key Account team and coordinates cross functional activities.
- Drives improved understanding of the KA’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability).
- Develops and drives the execution of Key Account plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the KA’s business objectives.
- Ensures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
- Proposes desired team composition: to line management to meet customer needs. Sets the related IOs together with functional managers for the team members. Drives transparency of IOs within the team.
- Participates in the evaluation of team members.
- Develops competences of Key Account team members to secure that they match customer needs.
- Drives up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Service portfolio within the KA team and ensures that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition: with the Key Account.
- Evaluates team effectiveness and performance, and drives continuous improvement. Applies best practices on KA methodology and execution.
- Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the International Account and ensures that CS actions are included in the Key Account plan actions section.
We believe you have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Team and in Account Mgt
- Total 5 years of experience in corporate environment
- Account Team Management Experience
- Experience in Cross-boundary teams (Customer, Project)
- Food processing experience
- Strong stakeholders management and managing cross functional issues
