Job Summary

Be responsible for factory quality assurance related work

What you will do

  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction
  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor production
  • QM matrix, Q point system, QDA, 5C0D quality related system management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics
  • Optimize testing procedures and inspection methods
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Create and maintain quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, test protocols)
  • Generate regular waste (process & defects) performance reports for management
  • Document non-conformances, corrective actions, and process changes
  • Maintain calibration records and equipment validation documentation
  • Prepare quality-related documentation for audits and regulatory submissions
  • Team Collaboration
  • Train production personnel on quality procedures and requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
  • Support supplier quality management initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance to quality technicians and inspectors
  • Quality Assurance & Control
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits throughout the production process
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001, BRCGS, etc.) and regulatory requirements
  • Validate production processes and equipment to ensure consistent quality output
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
  • Investigate product defects, non-conformances, and customer complaints
  • Perform root cause analysis using methodologies like 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone diagrams
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues
  • Minimize production disruptions while maintaining quality standards
  • Others
  • WCM QM activity
  • QC management
  • QA related projects or tasks assigned by QA manager

We believe you have

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.)
  • Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of measurement systems, gauging, and testing equipment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production equipment
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
  • Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset with ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to analysis and interpret problems to make informed focus and priority for required improvements.
  • Proactive attitude to drive for result.
  • Familiar with quality system
  • Good in English: Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing Skill 
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Quality certifications (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) preferred
  • Work experience: 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering
  • Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, TQM etc.)
  • Background in production environments and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated success implementing quality improvement initiatives
