Job Summary

  1. Follow production safety rules. 2. Work according to existing procedures/ Standards. 3. Execute basic AM (Autonomous Maintenance) operations ;CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication) 4. Define anomalies and put tags. 5. Conduct basic/elementary quality tests. 6. Create OPls and SOPs. 7. Forklift driver.

Critical experiences

Fresh from techncial school and having no experience. Basic technical production process knowledge Basic technical skills. Ability to learn fast and discipline to follow process. Forklift license. Shift experience is plus.

Minimum Education

High School or equivalent  Technical education to follow basic Tetra Pak work routines and standards.

Key Outputs and Measurements

- Efficiently performs routine production tasks as per established procedures
- Good quality output as per established norm
- Learn WCM and AM skills to build sustainable performance in future

Production/Process Managers, Production/Process Associates, Production Process Experts, Lead Operators, Shift Leaders, colleagues in other functions in the factory
