Service Engineer


to join the Customer Service Operations within Estonia , working with Processing equipment. The qualified candidates will be responsible to deliver technical products and support to our customers by providing corrective, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting services. We deliver our services all over Baltics and we also support Nordic countries when needed. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager based in Latvia. The position entails extensive travelling (mostly in Estonia). 

What you will do

 

 

  • Interaction with customer to establish and maintain positive relationship as well as follow-up with their concerns and issues.
  • Perform and plan scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Carry out the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and control systems.
  • Conduct production supervision and training of customer personnel on TetraPak equipment.
  • Manage documentation related to activities.
     

We believe you have


Technical educational background and relevant experience for at least 3 years, including mechanical, electrical and automation knowledge. Experience with Tetra Pak equipment will be an advantage.
Experience working within the customer services operations.
Experience in food industry is seen as advantage.
You are fluent in Estonian and possess good English skills, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered a plus.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Skills to communicate clearly and effectively on different levels in an international organization and are used to building and maintaining long term relations with internal and external stakeholders.

You are a true team player with high commitment, and you are challenged to handle customer expectations. Ideally, you have well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to apply structure and priority to duties. Furthermore, you are persistent and efficient with a logical/structured way to solve issues.
