Future Talent-Production Engineer

We are looking for an Expert who will provide expertise and analytical solution to machine efficiency improvements and support overall KPIs and competence in production team.

Key outputs and measurements: Efficiency, Cost, Quality, Waste, Safety relative KPI of production process.

Key relationships: Process/ Production management team, operators, interaction of other functions in production line like Quality and Maintenance.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • Fresh post graudate withMasters or Advanced Science degree or Engineering Graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience. Experience in WCM/Maintenance/Quality is preferred. Solid Base in WCM/TPM.

What You Will Do

As Future Talent-Production Engineer, you will:

  • Be responsible for the operation of production line with standard KPIs.
  • Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality,  machine efficiency etc.
  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
  • Include and implement WCM Activities in the process and  lead continuous improvement team.
