At the core of this integration is a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, driving alignment across production centers, business streams, and markets to ensure reliable, responsive, and cost-efficient delivery of capital equipment.

We are currently strengthening and scaling our S&OP operating model, combining process standardization, advanced planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in maturing S&OP capabilities and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will join a dynamic, global, and highly collaborative environment, where influencing decisions, balancing trade-offs, and continuously improving planning performance are key to success.

The position is based in Cuautitlán, Izcalli.

You will be travelling up to 10% of your time to our customer and supplier sites.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term supply network plans, maximizing production footprint and sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate and influence cross-functional planning forums (weekly, tactical, and strategic horizons).
  • Identify constraints and drive resolution through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement (WCM, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Optimize capacity allocation and asset utilization across production sites.
  • Strengthen S&OP performance metrics, enhancing forecast accuracy, service levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Act as a key connector across stakeholders to ensure end-to-end visibility and decision transparency.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • +5 years of experience in S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand/supply balancing, and network planning.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment at multiple levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with planning systems/tools (ERP, APS) is a plus.
  • APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) / ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) certifications, such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management)  are an advantage.

We Offer You

  • A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape
